frame is assembled… the middle two nose ribs are perpendicular to the spar while the upper and lower ones are level to the groundputting Clecos on the skinfinished Clecosvertical stabilizer is leveled with support shims (maybe under the Clecos wasn’t the best idea, but it seemed relatively stable and the digital level showed the twist to be under about 0.1mm)finished rivetingOne rivet pin broke off too high when pulling, but the rivet was fine. This is easily fixed with a Dremel. One on the leading edge didn’t get into the rib underneath. Will need to be more careful moving forwards. And one pulled rivet was sticking up enough to slide my nail under, so this will need to be replaced. All in all, 2 rivets need to be drilled out and fixed tomorrow. Will add blue tape to mark these spots so I don’t forget.
