First step is to Cleco and rivet the inspection support rings
Then Cleco the top skins to the rivets. (We decided to do both at the same time. The one with the blue tape in the near left corner is the left aileron, the one with the red is the right aileron.)
Flip them over one at a time, insert the front spar, and place sandbags on top to weight the part down so we can shim under the wood 2×4 supports on the table and true the part
After transfer drilling the holes into the bottom of the ribs and Cleco them…
Both ribs have been flipped back to top side up and the front spar holes are transfer drilled from the skin (after re-truing the wood 2×4’s with shims)

Now we need to take everything apart, deburr all the drilled holes, and enlarge the skin holes around the hinges slightly so they don’t rub against the skin.
