PocketShip: Stitching the main hull pieces

Over the past few days we stitched the main hull pieces together: It is starting to look like a boat now. 😄

PocketShip: Melting and pouring lead

Today we melted lead and poured it into the compartments for the ballast in the keel as well as a weight in the centerboard. These will be covered in resin and fiberglass to contain it and reinforce the compartments.
