After we finished the front top frame, we attached it to the main structure by hanging it on the top of 4 linear actuators.

Linear actuator body guided by Aluminium bracket which screwed to the main structure.

Mounting of the front upper frame to trailer chassis, aligned to center of the chassis and screwed together.

We temporarily ran a 24V supply to power all linear actuators and tested extension and retraction of the roof. It is intentionally very slow as it only needs to be extended after parking for the night and retracted when towing again. It took 90 seconds to fully lift up and a little less to retract.
