The hand rails have been added to the alternating tread ladder in BaanRimNaam. You can see it here as its metal structure:

The plan is to add a wood rail to wrap around the metal for aesthetics. They’ve finished these rails, but are just waiting for the paint on the metal to dry before mounting it:

And then the ladder/stairs will be done.
