I last blogged about the water level in the pond in this post from October 23. Back then, the water level was about 60cm from the top of the wall.
I checked the water level again today and was happy to see that the water level is now about 50.5cm from the top of the wall.
That is about another 10cm rise in the water level in the past 3 weeks.
Even though the rainy season is over, there have been a handful of strong rains in the last few weeks. I’m hopeful that they will continue, but on average December gets only about half as much rain here as November, so I’m expecting the rise to slow down quite a bit by the end of the year.
