Praew and I spent a few days in Ratchaburi on a work trip of hers. On the way back we stopped for lunch at “Coro field cafe” in Suan Peung District, Ratchaburi. It is part of a little farm that specializes in enclosed greenhouses where they grow Japanese cherry tomatoes and melons that are difficult to grow in Thailand. And they have a nice little cafe that has things like melon soft serve, yakisoba pasta, salads (with cherry tomatoes), and fried purple sweet potatoes (think steak fries, but purple).
While I would definitely stop there again for the food…
I thought it was worth sharing a sign we saw outside:
In particular, I would like to draw your attention to the “opening hours” and “closing hours”. Apparently, they are “opening” 9AM to 5PM, while they are “closing” 9AM to 7PM.
Oh, and as the sign says “enjoy tripping… enjoy eating… enjoy slowing”.
