We used PPR pipe for the drain tube, cut it in half with a hand grinder then sanded it clean.

We drilled a hole in the side to insert the pipe through. then we screwed the wood to support PPR pipe. The pipe needs to slope down to make sure that water will not get stuck inside.

We added silicone on the wood surface between top edge and the pipe to guide water down to the pipe. then added the glass on top, sealing every edge with silicone.

We poured the filtered water in two 30×40 cm stainless tray. For this test, the water level is ~ 5cm.
We placed the solar still on the pontoon, face slope side to the west. Output water will go through the pipe and fill in the clear tank.
